Our first county league game played last Monday night ended in a draw, in what was a good game of football.

We got of to the worst possible start when we conceded a goal after only 1 minute. However the character of this team has been slowly evolving and with patience and hard work we got back into the game and were only 1 point down at halftime. Some excellent defensive performances laid the basis for our attack in which we scored some fine points and were awarded a penalty after a harsh challenge on Nick Murphy. The game ended in a draw which was the fairest result on the night.
