EK Superleague Dr. Crokes 2-16 Listry 0-06. Another win for our Senior Mens team in the East Kerry Superleague gave us 4 wins out of 4 which means we now qualify for the final V Kilcummin on March 12th at 2pm. The game got off to a slow start with the sides level at 2 points each after 15 minutes of play. Listry played their best football in the first half and trailed by just 2 at the half time break. Dr. Crokes 0-06 Listry 0-04. We took control of the second half and dominated from start to finish. Our goals coming from David Shaw and Cillian O’Regan. This was a great team performance. It was great to see Gavin White lining out in the black and amber after recovering from a long injury. 

MFL Dr. Crokes 5-16 Kerins O’Rahillys/St.Pat’s 4-10. A quick start set us on our way to picking up our first win in the County League. With the match being played 13 a side, it allowed for an open game which took a very hard working team performance. Strong defensive displays from Muiris O’Donoghue and Nathan Cronin, Neil O’Carroll’s high fielding and strong running, along with the clinical finishing of Mark O’Carroll, Liam Hennigan and Ben Kelliher gave us a solid win. Kacper Roebak (1-0), Brian McCarthy, Kieran Clancy, Brian Titus, Nathan Cronin, Sean Kiely, Muiris O’Donoghue, Neil O’Carroll (1-3), Adam Byrrne (0-1), Noah Sexton, Mark O’Carroll (1-2), Ben Kelliher (3-5), Liam Hennigan (0-4). Our next game will be against Castleisland Desmonds next Monday, March 13th.

Academy The academy returned on March 4th and continues every Saturday thereafter. We cater for Boys and girls aged 4 to 11 from the Killarney area. Hurling from 10-11 and football from 11:15-12:15. All are welcome, bring a friend. We have qualified coaches with an emphasis on fun and making friends.

Awards Night Our Annual Awards Night will take place on Friday 10th March in the East Avenue Hotel. Tickets must be pre purchased by Tuesday March 7th. Tickets can be purchased from any club officers or by calling in to the Tatler Jack or Vince Casey’s office.

LOTTO Took place on March 6th Numbers drawn were 10, 14, 17, 19 Jackpot of €5,300 was not won. 6 patrons matched 3 and receive €70 each. Jackpot for draw on March 13th will be €5,600. We are calling on all members to support our weekly lotto as this represents one of the main sources of revenue for the club. With activity likely to recommence on the fields over the next few weeks we need people’s support to maintain our facilities in Lewis Road. BINGO Dr Crokes Bingo continues every Sunday night in St. Marys Parish Hall at 8pm. Doors open at 6:45. This week’s jackpot is worth a whopping €2,600 with another €1,650 in prizes to be won in 10 games of bingo. Everyone Welcome.
