FUNDRAISER for Senior Team training fund, again this year we are running the Allianz National League Challenge which proved so popular last season.  We have divided the 32 participants into 6 groups select one team in each group. Entry cost €10 with each subsequent entry on the Card €5. Cards are available. You may also play it online if you have a Pay Pal account. Entry cards available from usual sources.

GUM SHIELDS A reminder to all players and parents that from the 1st of January 2014 gum shields are now mandatory for players of all ages, whether training or playing matches.

LOTTO The Jackpot of €4,500 was not won on Sunday last, numbers drawn were 4.13.15,17 Match 3 winners received €100.  Dan Kelliher Muckross, Donie Kelly c/o Larry, John Harmon Lewis Road, Pat O`Sullivan c/o Paddy Powers.Jackpot on Sunday next will be €4,800. 

CLOTHES BANK there is a clothes bank now permanently located at the rear of the clubhouse. Any old clothes, no longer required, can be deposited in bags at all times. As well as providing valuable funding to our juvenile section, proceeds from the bank also go towards the ISPCC.

JUVENILE AGM was held on Wednesday last with a large attendance, the previous year’s exploits were discussed and plans put in place for 2014. Pat O`Shea remains in the position of Chairman and John O`Shea as Coaching Officer. Secretary Helen Fitzgerald did not seek re-election as Secretary, position will be filled in the coming week. Tributes were paid to Helen for her contribution during her tenure.
