The U 12 team 2 finished off on a high
note on Friday night beating Ardfert with again a very
strong performance.This team were only beaten once out
of 5 games during their county
league programme which was a fantastic achievement for
this young team,most of whom
were U 10, so the future looks bright.
Thanks from Sean Clarke,Noel White and Ger o Shea to all
the players for taking part and
hopefully enjoying the experience and also to all the
supporting parents who travelled all over
kerry to see these teams.
The U 8 and U 10 teams travelled to Desmonds on
Saturday.We travelled with over 60
players to finish off our games programme for now.All
teams accounted well for themselves
and enjoyed the day,especially the refreshments provided
by Desmonds.
Saturday mornings are continuing for the present at
10.45 - 12 .

The U 12 team 2 went to play Austin
Stacks on Monday night and came away with a great
win but more importantly the manner in which they
grafted out this win was most admiral in
what was tough conditions with rain and a heavy sod.We
went in ahead at half -time with a 4
point lead with great scores fromJohn Kerrisk 0-1, and
1-1 from Michael Caseyand David
Sheerin 0-1.The second half we went 7 points up with
super scores coming from Adam o
Shea 1-2,Dylan o Sullivan 0-1,John Kerrisk 0-1,Killian
Fleming 0-1,Michael Casey 0-1.In
fairness Stacks came back at us with 2 quick goals but
our lads battled hard in the last ten
minutes to win by 2 points.Well done on what was one of
the best performances of the year.

U12 B V Rahilly's 16/05/07
U 12 B team had a great win over Kerins O Rahillys on
Thursday night at our own pitch on a
score line of 4-13 to 4-5.This was a great team
performance from everybody involved.We
were again slow out of the blocks at the start with
Rahilly's piling on the pressure but our
backs defended with great composure and we were only 1
point behind at half time.Some
great scores were taken by Michael Casey,David Sheerin
and John Kerrisk to keep us in
touch.The second half we put great pressure on Rahillys
and created great scores with Jason
Farrell scoring 2 super goals to edge us ahead and
further points from Jason o Sullivan we
pulled away with a 8 point victory.Great performances on
the night were from Kieran
Courtney, Mark o Shea,Dylan O Sullivan,Jack
Lenihan,David Sheerin and Michael
Casey.Well done to everybody.
The U12 B team travelled to a
windswept and cold Listowel on wednesday
night.Unfortunately we were beaten by a more physical
and stonger Listowel outfit on the
night.However our gallant team were very unlucky in the
end in which a couple of near
misses and some wayward decisions cost us.It was a great
team performance from this
young team.
We were 1-2 to 0-3 ahead at half-time with a goal from
Chris Doncel and points from Gavin
White and Michael Casey.A goal and a point from Adam O
Shea in the second half brought
us to within 2 points of Listowel.Some great goalkeeping
from Eoin Walsh and stout
defending from Paul Clarke,Jack Lenihan and Caman Mangan
kept Listowel at bay several
times.Up front Michael Casey,Chris Doncel,Killian
Fleming and Adam O shea showed lovely
touches and great scores.Well done to everyone for a
great gutsy performance.
